Snapshot of Bakery Barn Deli Cheese Selection

Come get your fresh peach desserts... while they last!

August brings us into the heart of the peach season, but with the shortage of fresh peaches, peach desserts will be offered for less time than usual this year, so make sure you get yours before the end of August!
      Our deli is running some massive sales this month. Colby is currently $2.99/lb (while supplies last) and we’ll be posting some super low prices on ham before the end of the month.
We recently changed our recipe for Sugar Cookies and so far, the feedback has been very positive. If you haven’t tried them, add them to the list for your next stop!
We are actively working on our seasonal items for fall, so if there is an item you think we should offer, we are always open to ideas!

Doris Martinez - Cofounder

Doris (Schwartz) Martinez moved to WV with her four daughters in 2021 to help with the bakery project that owners Joe & Verina were starting. With years of baking experience, both personally and professionally, Doris brought an invaluable knowledge base of product ideas and skills that were formational in developing the line of baked items we offer to this day. If you patronized the Bakery Barn in the early days, you’ll remember Doris sitting under a roadside stand or in a storage building with stacks of fresh homemade cakes, donuts, pies, and breads, all of which she had a hand in producing. While Doris has moved on to other pursuits and the days of the roadside stand are years behind us, we have not forgotten those days or the people who gave us the foundation for what have today!
